-Introductory lines seem to be good but you have brought very few reasons for low output that too are very general…we need to mention more specific points in first part of answer.
-The following points can be helpful: Inadequate use of manure, Primitive method of farming, seeds are not of improved varieties, farmers reluctant to use new HYV seeds, Most of the farmers in India tend to preserve seeds by themselves which they use next year without going any sort of lab test and expert advises etc. hence lowering productivity in comparison to other countries.
-The other points seem to be okay…however, introduction of GM Crops has certain challenges which needs to be tackled. Hence, we need to mention the ways to tackle the issues arising out of GM Crops.
-Though your attempt also seems to be good. Just need a bit more emphasis on first part of the question (more specificity)…

-Introduction is very poor…what you have mentioned in introductory line is the repetitive sentence of the question only…never repeat the lines of the question in answer, frame your sentences by articulating the ideas…
-Bring linkages among points…
-The question asks about the criticism…hence it would be good if we criticize the points together while mentioning the features of the amendment…like point 1 and 2 goes against the judgement of SC
-The points and ideas on 2nd page is good…and well written…
