Question 2)

Discuss the changes made by the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment) Bill, 2021. Do you with the view that the amended act takes into account women’s bodily autonomy? 10 marks

Question 3)

Discuss the factors responsible for the poor performance of the Public Sector Banks in comparison to the private banks. What can be done at the tactical and strategic levels to boost business metrics? 10 marks

Question 4)  

“Ethics are less a goal than a pathway, less a destination than a trip, less an inoculation than a process.” Analyse. 10 marks
