-India is not only lacking in R & D but in many respects…like…India lacks data collection in comparison to other developing countries which is the prime raw material for this…absence of big technological industries, Use of AI in India is considered low priorities as operational cost here is low…absence of market…etc…etc…etc…
-Add more points in India’s stand….
-Under India’s effort…you have not mentioned about India’s data collection efforts, efforts in IoT etc…etc…

-Introduction is good…however, it is a phenomena more similar to ENSO than EL-NINO…
-Why it occurs…This point need more clarification…
-The points are not explaining the complete picture…though diagram is okay…need to bring more clarification in points…like it has been witnessed that positive IOD index often negated the effect of ENSO, resulting in increased Monsoon rains in ENSO year in central India….
However, your attempt is good…but the points convey incomplete idea…an below average answer…
