Question 1)

Discuss the accomplishments and failures of Non-cooperation movement of 1920. Also elaborate upon its impact on the subsequent freedom movements in pre-independence India. 10 marks

Question 2)

Free speech is a basic right that preconditions the realisation of other rights. In light of this, examine Indian Constitutions approach toward free speech and how it differs from other democracies. 10 marks

Question 3)

Analyse the role played by the RBI in containing inflations? What are the legal provisions made to ensure the accountability of the RBI in this regard? 10 marks

Question 4)  

What do you understand by impartiality? Why is it regarded as cardinal value of civil services? 10 marks
