What do understand by Atlantic Meridional Overturning Current? Explain in detail its relations with warming up of Indian Ocean. 10 marks

Question 2)

States are at the forefront of development and generation of opportunities and growth. Yet, States are facing the weakened financial capacity in the recent past. Examine the reasons for the weakened financial powers of the State and suggest the measures to improve it. 10 marks

Question 3)

How the economic progress of a country is shaped by the productivity of its labour force? What are the ways to enhance productivity? Also elaborate on the role played by the technology. 10 marks

Question 4)  

“Mob not only threatens democracy but also is one of the greatest impediments for the civil servants to provide good governance.” Discuss. In such a context do you think the ‘citizen’ in citizen charter is a misnomer? Critically analyse. 10 marks
