Rajnath set to ease worries before NRC final draft is out

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh is expected to issue a statement on the ongoing update of the National Register of Citizens (NRC) in Assam. As directed by the Supreme Court, the Registrar-General of India will have to publish the final list on July 30 to segregate Indian citizens in Assam from those who entered the State illegally from Bangladesh after March 25, 1971
