Good attempt. Introduction is good, in next part you have explained the rule- that is also fine. However, mention the phrase ‘willful and persistent obstruction of the house’, just disruption isn’t enough for suspension in most cases.
Next part is also good, in implications you can also add the point of ‘disproportionate punishment’. Other points are fine.

Intro is good, rule has also been explained well. You can also mention the rule regarding suspending members in next session for obstruction in one session is a bit vague.
Implications are fine, can also mention the role of judiciary..you can use point format in this part.

Introduction is good, rule has also been mentioned..however you can elaborate a bit on the process of suspension (motion passed and adopted). Also mention the phrase ‘willful and persistent obstruction of the house’, just interference isn’t enough The rule also is not clear on taking decision of suspension of members in next session for obstruction done in previous session.
Also implications part hasn’t been addressed adequately, democratic fabric hurt is correct, some more points like disproportionate punishment, lack of representation can be mentioned; use separate subheading.
Conclusion is fine.
