In horizontal distribution, you can talk about various oceans and seas and explain factors affecting their salinity for example, high salinity in land-locked Red Sea, low in estuaries and the Arctic, in hot and dry regions salinity sometimes rises abnormally due to evaporation(Mediterranean Sea), salinity variation in Pacific Ocean due to its shape and large areal extent, low salinity in Bay of Bengal due to influx of river waters and high salinity in Arabian sea due to high evaporation and lower influx of fresh water.
Vertical distribution part is fine.
Conclusion is also okay.

Factors mentioned are also okay, latitude can be avoided as there are multiple factors(depth, influx of fresh water), so we cannot make a blanket statement about higher salinity just due to insolation.
Influx of fresh water, density etc can be mentioned aa other factors.
Next part could be a bit elaborated, this is a 15 marker so need a bit of detail.

Vertical distribution- In high latitudes, salinity increases with depth. In the middle latitudes, it increases up to 35 metres and then it decreases. At the equator, surface salinity is lower.

Good use of world map in explaining horizontal distribution. Points in that section are also good, you could mention a separate point for marginal seas where contradictions between North Sea, Mediterranean Sea, Black Sea and Baltic Sea could be shown at one place.
In vertical distribution, you have mentioned that salinity decreases with depth at the equator, that is not particularly true, in fact at the equator surface salinity is lower. Other points are fine. Further you could make use of a diagram here too, showing halocline and stratification.
