Introduction is good, however you can mention about ouster of British PM and present a comparative analysis.
Effects mentioned are fine, however there is repetition such as caste politics.. Further, you can mention about lack of debate, discussion on policy issues, lack of autonomy to MPs since it is compulsory for party MPs to kowtow the line of the leadership.
In causes you can talk about the system in India where MPs owe their nomination to the party leader.. Lack of elections within the party can also be mentioned. Other points are fine.
Suggestions are quite generic.. Taking a leaf out of the UK model (if numerical or percentage threshold -15% of the party’s MPs in the U.K.- is breached, an automatic leadership vote is triggered) can be suggested along with making exceptions in the anti-defection law.
Conclusion is fine, overall decent attempt but try to bring some new ideas in such questions to differentiate your answer and get some extra marks. Content from the article can be used.
