Good answer. You have written well.
First part, explaining the demographic dividend is fine. However, you can also mention the India related findings of recently released World Population Prospects Report 2022. Also, the difference in working age population vis-a-vis India-China could be mentioned especially on the account of China’s one child policy.
Rest of the answer is good. Difference between India-China is well articulated. Nice use of flowcharts.
Way forward is fine too.
