In reference to the open -ed dated 10th may titled India’s solar mission may cause debt problems,i have few queries?
1) why bid prices in India are so low at Rs3.15/Kwh when international prices are somewhere around 9.16/Kwh
2) what is the problem with having a low bid ultimately they would result in low prices for consumers?
