- Follow it with the reasons about how climate change is affecting Indian Monsoon. Then, write points about the multidimensional impact of climate change on Indian monsoon.
- Then, give a way forward and conclude.

This is a 15 marker, content is a bit less for that. Presentation of the answer is good, however more dimensions can be added in the answer.
Introduction is fine, after definitions try to write one line connecting climate change and altering Indian monsoon.
Next part about visible changes is fine. Some examples of heavy monsoon events could be mentioned to put emphasis. Next, you could also mention the changing cycle of El Nino- Southern Oscillations and Indian Ocean Dipole, which is leading to more frequent floods and droughts in the Indian subcontinent. Heat Pump Effect which drives moisture from above the ocean to the Indian subcontinent, leading to a wetter monsoon season and Solar Dimming Effect due to aerosol emissions which reduces the intensity of sunlight, offsetting the rainfall in certain areas can also be talked about.
Impacts are also overall okay, but food insecurity, change in cropping patterns, land desertification, threat of climate refugees can be added.
Also, try to mention a subsection on way forward- reducing GHG emissions; better disaster and water management etc
Conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂
