Introduction is fine, it will be better if you can mention some statistics too..according to agri-census the sector employs 80% of all economically active women; they comprise 33% of the agricultural labour force and 48% of self employed farmers.
Reasons mentioned are good,after that you can mention some challenges faced by women in the sector too such as lack of ownership of land; lack of access to financial credit; lack of access to resources and modern inputs (most farm machinery is difficult for women to operate) and increased work burden.
Finally while concluding, better than mentioning Standup India, you can mention the schemes that directly address the issue such as Mahila Kisan Sashaktikaran Pariyojana and SHG-Bank linkage programme of NABARD.
