Decent attempt but the section on circumstances leading to emergency has been given too much space which is not required. The question asks you to discuss what happened during emergency and not what led to it.
Introduction is good, after that only you can briefly mention 2-3 lines on what led to emergency- rising discontent against the Indira Gandhi government due to high inflation, failure of monsoon, poor management of food grains, unemployment and corruption nfollowed by students’ protests in Bihar and Gujarat, and tussle with the Judiciary. That’s all.
Next part where you have written provisions are good. Additionally, you could also mention restrictions on press, example of draconian preventive detention laws such as MISA and jailing of opposition, banning of religious/cultural organizations, forced sterilization. This is the portion which should constitute the main body of the answer.
Conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Good attempt. You have covered all aspects of the answer broadly.
Introduction is fine, circumstances leading to emergency are also crisply mentioned, students’ protests in Bihar and Gujarat could also be added.
Next part is also fine, ill effects of emergency have been depicted. Examples of preventive detention laws like MISA and stifling all opposition and poor functioning of the Parliament can also be mentioned. Suspension of FRs, subservient judiciary and disregard of federalism etc are good points.
Conclusion part is also fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂
