Decent attempt. In intro, you have talked about demographic dividend but if you look closely, the question is talking about narrowing demographic potential.. so you can mention that India’s demographic dividend will peak around 2041. India is in the middle of a demographic transition with falling fertility (currently 2.1) and rising median age. A UNFPA study shows that the window of demographic dividend opportunity in India is available from 2005-06 to 2055-56 and it needs to be utilized.
Content of the answer is fine. Factors affecting employability are well listed, further you can talk about structure of the Indian economy (we jumped directly from agri to services, inadequate manufacturing jobs) and lack of government investment in human capital formation.
Remedial measures are fine but you have mentioned most of the things that have already been undertaken by the govt, also mention some forward looking steps.
Conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂

In remedies, other than govt steps taken, talk about a way forward- higher investment in human capital formation, decreasing gender gap, increasing female labor force participation, industry relevant career options etc
Conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Hello
Introduction is fine, more data can be used to substantiate narrowing demographic potential.. India is in the middle of a demographic transition with falling fertility (currently 2.1) and rising median age. A UNFPA study shows that the window of demographic dividend opportunity in India is available from 2005-06 to 2055-56 and it needs to be utilized.
In factors, you can mention some structural problems such as lack of manufacturing jobs as India moved to services directly from agriculture. Lack of investment on human capital by govt can also be mentioned. Other points are fine.
In remedial measures, other than steps taken already by government, mention what else can be done- higher investment in human capital formation, decreasing gender gap, increasing female labor force participation, industry relevant career options etc
Conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂
