Although you have understood the demand of the question, content is a bit less for a 15 marker. A bit more detail on the distribution of mineral and energy resources will be appreciated.
Introduction is fine, Arctic paradox has been explained.
While talking about mineral resources you can go region wise rather than considering the region a s a whole- abundant deposits of nickel, copper, coal, gold, uranium, tungsten, and diamonds in Russian arctic region, coal and open-pit lead-zinc mine in Alaskan region can be mentioned. For Greenland you can name the minerals such as cryolite, coal, marble, zinc, lead, silver etc. Mention of Barentsburg coal mine is good.
One of the largest oil regions in the world is the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Region can be mentioned in next part, also since the question is talking about energy as a whole, you can mention the presence of wind and hydropower.
Conclusion is fine, read a bit more about the topic.
Keep practicing. 🙂
