Good attempt.
You have covered the points well. However, some recent examples of centre encroaching over state’s powers could be used for value addition. (enactment of three farm laws – agriculture state subject, invocation of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 during the COVID-19 pandemic made the central guidelines binding on states, even though ‘public health’ is a state subject). Also, there have been disputes over centre’s proposed amendments of all India service cadre rules (long standing issue- dispute over transfers and posting of service officers from the state cadre). Other points are good.
Way forward is good.
A concluding statement can be added.
Keep practicing. 🙂
