Answer is quite decent. Introduction is fine.
Next, writing a separate section on need is not required, you can incorporate the points in challenges such as dynastic politics, lack of local representation etc..otherwise the points become repetitive.
Legal position mentioned is fine. ECI directions- (No individual should be elected leader for life/ Any party that participates in a democratic process, and wants to govern and legislate, should include a formal and periodic election of office-bearers) could be mentioned here.
Challenges mentioned are also okay. Structure of parties with some examples can be mentioned as a challenge- some are totally ideological parties, some are regional parties with dominating leadership etc. Lack of statutory powers with ECI is also one of the reasons which can be mentioned.
Way forward and conclusion are fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Hello
Introduction is fine.
Next, legal position on internal party democracy is asked, not elections. So, you can make some changes there. (Legal position- There is no law that mandates elections within political parties. Nothing in Article 324, section 29A of Representation of People Act, 1951 regulates the internal functioning of parties. Political parties are nowhere mentioned in the constitution. All rules and regulations apply more to candidates than to political parties in India.)
Directions of ECI on the internal democracy of political parties- No individual should be elected leader for life. / Any party that participates in a democratic process, and wants to govern and legislate, should include a formal and periodic election of office-bearers.
Challenges part is fine. Dynasty politics, structure of parties with dominant one-family leadership, high command culture, lack of statutory powers with ECI etc could be mentioned too. You have mentioned most generic points. Please read up a bit more on the topic.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Introduction is fine, could link it with some current news such as Congress presidential elections, a political party in Andhra Pradesh elected their present leader as their president for life etc.
In legal position, you can also mention ECI’s directions (No individual should be elected leader for life; Any party that participates in a democratic process, and wants to govern and legislate, should include a formal and periodic election of office-bearers)….otherwise it is fine.
In next part points are good too, nexus between money and muscle power, criminalisation of politics etc could also be mentioned as one of the hindrances to intra-party elections.
Way forward is fine, a concluding statement can be added.
Overall, you are writing well, some minor corrections as will make it better.
Keep practicing. 🙂
