-In the intro mention the bicameral legislature in India.
-In the body mention the significance of the upper House in the form of expertise it could provide and also the role it could play in avoiding hasty legislation. In the issues mention that the interests of states have not been served by Rajya Sabha.
-Conclude by mentioning the need for debate on the role of Rajya Sabha.

Decent attempt. Introduction is fine. Use of flowchart is also good, however, its main role as a representative of states should be mentioned first. Other points in the flowchart are fine, you can add some special powers of the Rajya Sabha (creation of all-India services, power to transfer subjects from state list to union list etc); opportunity it provides for representation of vulnerable sections (due to indirect elections).
Achievements are fine, reasons for abolition are also okay. However, at some places better language can be used, for example, in point number 2 you can’t say it is no more a council of states, rather mention that federal character has been undermined by removing the domicile criteria. Further, you can talk about the issue of Rajya Sabha being bypassed (Aadhar passed as money bill); no equal representation of states etc. Try to use examples to substantiate your answer.
Conclusion is fine, before that a brief way forward can be mentioned(need of debate, equal representation. use of direct elections to avoid cronyism).
Keep practicing. 🙂

Good attempt. Structure of the answer is good, content is fine too.
Good that you have mentioned article in intro.
Significance is fine, further you can mention some points like it gives opportunity to experts as well as vulnerable sections to have a say in the law making process via getting nominated or through indirect elections.
Reasons for demands to abolish are also fine, after that you can mention a brief way forward (use flowcharts to incorporate more content) before coming to conclusion.
Conclusion is good.
Keep practicing. 🙂
