- In the introduction, mention the constitutional provision on UCC.
- In the body, first give arguments in favour of implementation of UCC. Use relevant SC judgements wherever possible.
- Next, list down the arguments against the implementation of UCC.
- Conclude by saying that the goal of UCC should be reached in a piecemeal manner.

Decent attempt.
In introduction, you have rightly mentioned article 44, a brief definition of UCC can also be given.
Arguments in favour are fine, in case of mention SC judgements, briefly mention the outcome of those cases too. All of them need not be mentioned, one or two will do.
Arguments against are also decent, 21st Law Commission report emphasizing upon recognition of difference arguing that the mere existence of difference does not imply discrimination, but is indicative of a robust democracy can be mentioned to back your views.
Conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Introduction is fine, mention Article 44.
First give some arguments in favour of the UCC, you can mention how it can shape the aspirations of youth as it will be based on universal and global principles of equality, humanity and modernity; it can also support national integration by stopping politicization of petty issues; it can help in rising above the patriarchal mindset and promoting gender equality; it can also be convenient for judicial processes as one code will replace multiple personal laws.
Arguments against are decent, but too much explanation for a single point is not required…mention the argument and explain it in brief. 21st Law Commission report emphasizing upon recognition of difference arguing that the mere existence of difference does not imply discrimination, but is indicative of a robust democracy can be mentioned to back your views.
Last point is more of a way forward…gradual implementation can be the way to go.
Keep practicing. Try to focus more on increasing the breadth of the answers that is more dimensions rather than depth of the answer that is deep explanation. 🙂

Introduction is fine, UCC is also a civil code, so you can’t say that there is uniformity in all civil laws, criminal laws are uniform…hence, a bit of modification can be done in the 2nd part of the 2nd statement.
Arguments in favour are decent. You can also talk about national integration and secularism that UCC might lead to, as politicization of petty religious issues can take a backseat. Gender equality can be mentioned specifically in first point.
Arguments against are fine.
Way forward and conclusion are good, quite rich. Nice use of judgements/reports.
In the end you can argue for a piecemeal approach towards UCC.
Keep practicing.
Good attempt overall. 🙂
