Nice attempt. Introduction is good, mention CAATSA full form once and also you can use countries instead of persons.
Implications are fine, you can also mention decreasing defence imports from Russia and increasing from US with some data.
In support of waiver part, give a holistic picture of security in South Asia including Pak-China axis, Indo-Pacific situation. That is one of the most important reasons.
Rest of the points are fine. Conclusion is also good.

Introduction is fine, you can also mention that there is a provision of waiver as well in the act.
In implications, you can add some points such as sanctions can stir up the latent belief in India that Washington cannot be relied upon as a partner, decreasing def imports from Russia and increasing from US etc. Geopolitical issue is more of why we need a waiver,write it in the 2nd part. You can also mention about Taliban and India’s agreement inspite of not being happy with deal. Relations can’t be good if all one-way decisions are taken.
In need of waiver, you can also talk of good ties between Ind-US recently and the need to susutain them.
In conclusion you can mention the need for two countries to take the leaf out of nuclear deal.

In need of waiver, you need to mention the security situation in South Asia especially with regards to India, China-Pak axis, you can also mention security situation in Indo-Pacific, Chinese aggressiveness etc.
It will be better if you give a subheading and write down the arguments in favour of waiver. Mention of Quad and importance of strong Indo-US cooperation can also be done.
In conclusion, you can mention successful negotiations on civil nuclear deal and the need to follow that example. Keep practicing. 🙂

In implications mention adverse impact on bilateral relationship between the U.S. and India, which now spans 50 sectors. You can also say that sanctions can stir up the latent belief in India that Washington cannot be relied upon as a partner. Rest of the points are fine.
In 2nd part, give the heading as why India needs a waiver..what US should do is looking a bit out of context.
Mention the security situation in South Asia especially with regards to India, China-Pak axis, you can also mention security situation in Indo-Pacific, Chinese aggressiveness etc to show why S-400 is necessary for India.
