Brother, I liked the facts you added like 52nd amendment & 91st amendment
I very much appreciate your comment. I am just trying to answer given question and trying various methods and innovations. I don’t know whichever works and whichever not.. If anything you feel good then incorporate it in your answers in the future… All the best.👍

Introduction is fine, other simple method would be to define a political party.
Significance part is decent, you can mention that they are agents of democracy and safety valves in the political system.
However, next part can be improved.. In defection, usually legislators defect to an other party or there is a merger supported by 2/3rd of members, here case is a bit different, none of these things have happened, two rival factions in one party are claiming to be original one..
Here, The Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order 1968 need to be mentioned..it deals with the matters like allotment of symbols in Parliamentary and Assembly constituencies and recognition of political parties; Paragraph 15 of this Order empowers the election Commission to recognize the party formed by a splinter or rival groups, based upon the available facts and circumstances of the case.
Also, you can give the precedence of Sadiq Ali vs ECI case, where decison was made by ECI based on substantial majority.
A conclusion could be written after that.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Hello
First part of the answer is good.
Introduction is fine, significance mentioned is also okay.
However, after that mention some recent examples of split such as the Shiv Sena case.

Decent attempt.
Intro is fine, significance is also fine, role as a constructive opposition can also be mentioned. They also act as a safety valve of democracy.
After that, 1-2 examples of split can be given, that will set the context for the next part.. Recent Shiv Sena example can be mentioned..
Next part is fine, broadly points have been covered, in point 4, The Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order 1968- paragraph 15 can be mentioned(exact provision)… Further, you can give the precedence of Sadiq Ali vs ECI case, where decison was made by ECI based on substantial majority and supported by SC.
Conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂
