You have started the answer on a very negative note. Question is not about Britain’s handling of pandemic or Brexit.
You can either start by showing the deep connection of India-UK, by mentioning things like British rule, members of commonwealth, parliamentary democracy, liberal-secular values shared by both or by mentioning the announcement for a transformative decade by leaders of both nations.
Body of the answer is fine, you have written some good points about FTA, trade figures, mobility etc
Further you can mention the scope of partnership in Indo-Pacific as Britain had shown interest by signing up for AUKUS, idea of D10 can be mentioned to counter authoritative powers like China.
You can also include a point about partnership in tackling environmental issues, achieving SDG goals etc
Both countries had their own reasons for withdrawing from RCEP and Brexit respectively, so you can avoid drawing parallels.
Conclusion is fine.
Also trying writing in 2 pages, 1.5-2 page will be expected for a 10 mark answer.
Keep practicing. 🙂
