After that the answer should consist of basically 2 parts- challenges for BRICS and how to tackle those challenges. So other than the generic challenges you have mentioned you can add that there is a crucial dilemma of evolving a common stance on the Russian-Ukraine conflict due to diverse geopolitical interests of the countries in the grouping, plus some of the BRICS members could be potential targets of the kind of economic warfare deployed by the West against Russia.
