article/opinion/columns/ parliament-session-lawmaking- indian-government-7467454/ - In the intro, mention the disruptions in the Parliament’s latest session and its impact on functioning.
- In the body, mention the issues facing lawmaking process in India. First is lack of scrutiny of the laws being passed at various levels including by Parliamentary committees, next mention the misuse of the ordinance route. Also, mention the delay in rulemaking under the passed laws. This highlights the need for more scrutiny of the laws.
- Conclude by mentioning the need for more scrutiny by the legislature.

Nice attempt. Your content is fine. Some improvements can be made. Use some data regarding no. of bills passed in the recent session, how many were passed on the same day of introduction etc in the introduction to substantiate the statement in the question.
Issues mentioned are fine, you can also mention about the ordinance route- many legislation are done via ordinances bypassing the parliament, also mention that even after bill is passed there are delays in notifying subordinate rules/regulations which defeat the purpose of the bill, for ex- CAA.
Rest of the answer is good. In, way forward you can add one point that – all bills should go through pre-legislative scrutiny before being brought to parliament and the parliament on its part, should conduct in-depth scrutiny of government bills. Conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing.

Nice attempt. In the introduction use some data to substantiate your point. How many bills passed on same day, how many referred to committees etc
In the body, add some more points- use of money bill route to bypass Rajya Sabha, even after bill is passed there are delays in notifying subordinate rules/regulations which defeat the purpose of the bill etc
In way forward, mention the need to make the role of the speaker bipartisan, use of ordinance only when urgent, also mention need of pre-legislative scrutiny- receiving comments from public and stakeholders etc. Rest of the points are fine.
Write a concluding statement. There are some spelling mistakes, try to avoid those.
Keep practicing. 🙂
