See the question mentions in the context of Indo-Pacific, so it will better if you can restrict the lack of linkage in geopolitics and geoeconomics to the region only, rather than making it universal for India.
In introduction, you could just mention the growing importance of the country in the region.
Next 2-3 points on significance of the region for India can be mentioned to show the importance of the region.
After that you can talk about the refusal to sign RCEP and trade pillar of IPEF which you have mentioned. Show the contrast by mentioning how India is agressively participating in Quad, military exercises etc
Impacts are fine, they show the need to align the policies.
In way forward, some substantive steps could be suggested for example, joining CPTPP, Minerals security partnership etc

Introduction is good.
Geoeconomic issues have been brought out well.
However, here, we need to show contrast between politics and economics, so criticism of geopolitical efforts like Quad is not a very good idea. Rather, you can show the progress by talking about military and naval exercises, political posturing etc
Some points can be added in why there is a need for aligning both- Chinese threat is a good point, further you can talk about supply chain resilience, opportunity of emerging as an investment hub etc
Way forward is fine, some substantive steps could be suggested for example, joining CPTPP, Minerals security partnership etc. Other points are good.
