Mentor’s comment-
- In the intro, briefly explain the term HGV.
- In the body describe the implications of the from the strategic stability angle and how it could disrupt the stability and fuel the arms race.
- In the next part suggest way forward for India in the form of having hypersonic missile development program and development of missile defence system.
- Conclude by mentioning that the test conducted by China may turn to be the next arms race in the emerging technologies.

Hello
In intro, explain HGV..how is it different from the ballistic missile..it can reach the US via the South Pole, where America has few early warning systems; can fly at lower altitudes than ballistic missiles, which means they could potentially escape early warning systems, aided by the earth’s curvature; highly destabilising, not due to their speed but because of their stealth and exceptional manoeuvrability- you have just repeated the question statement.
Effects mentioned are fine..also mention US withdrawing from treaties like ABM and INF, developing its own ballistic missile defense system which got China and Russia worried.
Point about Bretton woods is not clear, you can explain in a better way.
While talking about India..you have just mentioned hypersonic vehicle..not true entirely..mention testing of BrahMos..hypersonic missile and reportedly developing a dual-capable hypersonic cruise missile and an anti-ship hypersonic missile. Try to be more specific in answers otherwise it gives an impression that you have just superficial knowledge.
Way ahead and conclusion is fine.
