Mentor’s comment-
- In the intro, mention COP26 and India’s commitment to net-zero targets.
- In the body, mention increasing India-US ties around the shared concerns around China. In the next part, mention the need for collaboration in the areas of trade and climate change, a collaboration between two countries under the Climate and Clean Energy Agenda Partnership. Also mention the failure of the U.S. and India to articulate a shared vision for a comprehensive trade relationship. Link between trade and climate change in terms of technology transfers etc.
- Conclude by mentioning that concerted action on both the climate and trade fronts is mutually beneficial and will lend additional strength to the foundation of a true partnership for the coming century.

Introduction is fine, you can mention rising threat of China in Indo=Pacific when you talk about Quad there only. It will substantiate the 1st statement of the question.
First and second subheading similar, you can mention some positive points first like trade and FDI figures, collaboration under the Climate and Clean Energy Agenda Partnership, net zero targets and then in the 2nd part mention whole lot of challenges.
Points you have mentioned are good, also you can include trade tariffs, protectionism, carbon border adjustment mechanisms or “CBAMs” of US, unresolved disputes at WTO when writing about subsidies etc
Climate-trade link should also be mentioned once- if India and the U.S., coordinate policies to incentivise sharing of climate-related technologies and align approaches for reducing emissions associated with trade, the climate-trade inter-relationship can be a net positive one.
Conclusion is fine.
Keep writing. 🙂

Introduction is good. In the next part, elaborate the first point a bit more- bring in shared concerns in Indo-Pacific vis a vis China- to substantiate the first statement of the question.
Also keep more focus on climate and trade part of the relationship- you can mention some present issues- trade tariffs, protectionism, carbon border adjustment mechanisms or “CBAMs” of US, unresolved disputes at WTO etc
In way forward suggestion to resolve some of these issues can be mentioned.
Points about climate and trade partnership are good. Also, the failure of the U.S. and India to articulate a shared vision for a comprehensive trade relationship can be mentioned.
Covid and CAATSA can be given passing mentions as examples because they are a bit off-topic here.
Overall the structure of your answer is good, content can be improved a bit.
Keep writing. 🙂
