opinion/op-ed/water- management-needs-a-hydro- social-approach/ article65208277.ece - In the intro, mention the National River Linking project and provision made in Budget 2022 for the Ken Betwa river link project.
- In the body mention the hydrological assumptions and issues such as contestation on surplus and deficit basin, capacity utilization in agriculture and industry and concerns with it, lack of use of grey water in India.
- Conclude by mentioning the need for a hybrid water management system, where along with professionals and policymakers the individual, a community and society have definite roles in the value chain.

Your answer is rich in content. Structure of the answer is fine too.
In intro, however, you can talk about inter and intra basin transfer projects in India because next part on assumptions is about that only.
Issue of groundwater can be mentioned in freshwater management.
Other points are fine, rich in data.
At the end you can mention a brief way forward, rather than just one line conclusion.
However, conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂
