- In the body, mention issues with pendency such as violation of rights and asymmetric cost for individual, issue of accountability, partiality etc.
- Conclude by mentioning the need to faster resolution of such cases.

Decent attempt. Introduction is fine.
Content is okay too, you can link the examples of particular cases with important issues that are pending with it. For example- when mentioning dilution of Ar 370, you can write the constitutional question involved that is whether the centre can use Article 356 at a time when there is no elected Government and assembly in the state.
Similarly, you can mention pending case of electoral bonds which hampers upon citizen’s rights to an informed vote.
This will make your answer more rich.
Other points are fine, just enrich them..for e.g..when writing about individual rights in implications, mention pending cases under UAPA etc.
Conclusion is good.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Nice attempt. Introduction is fine..content is good too. Link the cases with constitutional questions involved with it for example when mentioning dilution of Ar 370, you can write the constitutional question involved that is whether the centre can use Article 356 at a time when there is no elected Government and assembly in the state.
Similarly, you can mention pending case of electoral bonds which hampers upon citizen’s rights to an informed vote.
Before writing implications, you can mention such 2-3 examples.
Implications mentioned are fine. In 1st point, example is good..cases pending under UAPA can be mentioned too.
Way forward and conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Introduction is fine. But before writing implications, mention some examples of pending cases and the constitutional questions involved with them to enrich your answer.
For example when mentioning dilution of Ar 370, you can write the constitutional question involved that is whether the centre can use Article 356 at a time when there is no elected Government and assembly in the state.
Similarly, you can mention pending case of electoral bonds which hampers upon citizen’s rights to an informed vote.
Implications mentioned are good..functioning of democracy part is fine too..only lack of examples are there..in fundamental rights you can mention cases pending under UAPA, temple entry issue for women etc
Write a brief way forward..you have mentioned some good points in conclusion..mentioning separately will improve presentation..increasing number of constitutional benches etc can be mentioned.
Keep practicing. 🙂
