opinion/lead/local-job-laws- that-raise-constitutional- questions/article38409582.ece - In the intro, mention the acts or bills for the reservation local in Haryana, Andhra Pradesh and Jharkhand.
- In the body, mention the issues with such laws such as violation of articles 19, and 16 and violation of 50% limit set by the Supreme Court. Next, mention the economic implications, increase in income inequality across the states, impact on the idea of India being one nation etc.
- Conclude by mentioning the need for the states to reconsider such moves given their wider impact.

Intro is good, you can cite some more examples of states like Andhra Pradesh and Jharkhand.
Points mentioned by you in the body are good, you have covered quite a number of issues.
Rather than looking at SC for providing a way forward, you can mention a way forward for states– create long term employment opportunities rather than using stop gap measures like reservation, role of skill development, infrastructure building for creation of private jobs etc
Good that you have mentioned SC judgements.
But ideally these issues should be solved through good governance rather than knocking on the door of judiciary.
Keep practicing. 🙂

In intro, mention about the reservation provided by states like Haryana, A. P. and Jharkhand on the basis of domicile.
That will give a context to your answer.
Violation of rights is an issue associated with such reservation, you can mention that in issues.
Other issues mentioned are fine, concept of India as a ‘nation’ and the basic structure of federalism seem to be violated- can be mentioned.
Also provide some suggestions for states in favour of creating long term employment opportunities rather than using stop gap measures like reservation. (Skill development, infra development, income support etc)
Keep writing. 🙂
