You have got the crux of the question but attempt is a bit lazy.
In introduction, definition can be made more appropriate, just using any technology in biology can’t be said to be biotechnology. Rather you can say it is the appropriation of natural resources, living systems and organisms to develop products with enhanced qualities and applications.
In next part, pros and cons can be mentioned in separate subsections. Uses in agriculture are well written along with examples, however, you can mention various other uses too such as Nutrition security (Biofortified foods); White biotechnology (Uses the tools of enzymes and microorganisms for applications in various industries); Blue biotechnology (role in augmenting economic opportunities associated with aquaculture); Gene therapy(E.g. Thalassemia cure, here only you can mention about newer technologies to cure cancer); Energy security (modified bacteria such as methanogens in biogas production or those in biofuel production) etc
In cons you can talk about designer babies, clinical trials, biopiracy, bioterrorism etc
Conclusion is fine.
Overall, content is a bit less; some more dimensions need to be covered.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Introduction is good.
Positives are also well written; you can divide it sectorwise for better presentation- such as agriculture (GM crops); Food security (Biofortified foods); White biotechnology (Uses the tools of enzymes and microorganisms for applications in various industries); Blue biotechnology (role in augmenting economic opportunities associated with aquaculture); Pharmaceuticals and Gene therapy(E.g. Thalassemia cure, vaccines etc); Energy security (modified bacteria such as methanogens in biogas production or those in biofuel production) etc
Cons mentioned are good, clinical trials with volunteers mostly from lower strata of socio-economic hierarchy, biopiracy, bioterrorism etc can also find a mention.
Conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂
