You are attempting well. Content and presentation both are fine, some changes can be made here and there.
Introduction is good.
In need, you can also mention some points like high monsoon dependence of Indian farmers, reducing crop yields due to climate change(high respiration rate, changes in photosynthesis patterns, increase in pest population, high temperatures influencing crop duration, decrease in fertilizer use efficiency), need to augment farmer incomes etc
Points regarding soil, irrigation, weather pattern and emissions are good.
In next part, you have mostly mentioned steps already taken, some new suggestion like development of drought-tolerant crops, better feed management for livestock and poultry, development of superior tolerant breeds, use of technology for agro-advisory and backward linkages can be talked about too.
Overall good attempt.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Nice attempt.
Introduction is fine, use of flowchart is good. After that the 3 points you have written about lack of resources can be made concise.
Try to give more emphasis on technical points, such as reducing crop yields, monsoon dependence, decreasing soil fertility, high emissions(3rd overall in world), changing weather patterns etc
Suggestions mentioned are good, some steps taken by government regarding irrigation techniques, NMSA etc can be incorporated.
Also, write a conclusion.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Decent attempt.
First part of the answer needs a bit more elaboration.
Intro is fine, however you can mention some data regarding increasing population which will increase demand for crop yield and at the same time need to meet climate targets.
In next part, use of flowchart is good. However, you can briefly incorporate some points like high monsoon dependence of Indian farmers, reducing crop yields due to climate change(high respiration rate, changes in photosynthesis patterns, increase in pest population, high temperatures influencing crop duration, decrease in fertilizer use efficiency), decreasing soil fertility, groundwater depletion which mandate the need for climate-smart agriculture.
Strategies and suggestions can be combined, mention suggestions first, then in each point you can write some steps that have been taken in that regard. Otherwise, the answer becomes quite lengthy for a 10-marker. Points that you have written are good.
Conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Introduction is fine, substantiate it with some data regarding increasing population which will increase demand for crop yield and at the same time need to meet climate targets.
Need part is also okay, but mention some specific impacts of climate change on agri-sector- high monsoon dependence of Indian farmers, reducing crop yields due to climate change(high respiration rate, changes in photosynthesis patterns, increase in pest population, high temperatures influencing crop duration, decrease in fertilizer use efficiency), decreasing soil fertility, groundwater depletion etc
Points regarding changes in weather patterns are good.
Suggestions are good, mention of irrigation techniques like drip and micro-irrigation, soil management techniques like zero till, mulching will make the answer more technical.
Conclusion is fine, some steps taken by govt can be written.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Good attempt.
Introduction is good.
In need, changing weather patterns( temp-rainfall); reducing crop yields due to climate change (high respiration rate, changes in photosynthesis patterns, increase in pest population, high temperatures influencing crop duration, decrease in fertilizer use efficiency) and decreasing soil fertility can also be mentioned. Other points are good.
Suggestions are fine.
Steps taken can be incorporated in suggestions part only, otherwise, the answer becomes quite lengthy for a 10-marker.
Conclusion is good.
Keep practicing. 🙂
