Introduction is too long. Just mention that due to high import bill, India has launched NMEO-OP with the objective to increase the area under oil palm cultivations from present 3.70 lakh hectares to 10 lakh hectares. Anyway, you will cover the positives on economic front in the body of the answer.
Economic impacts are fine, but you can be more diverse, for example, you could mention investment and employment opportunities, nutrition security etc. Also, negatives such as long gestation period of oil-palm, impact on land and rights of tribals, etc can be mentioned.
Try to be more diverse in the answer rather than explaining a single point too much.
Negative ecological effects are good, damage to coasts and corals, burning of wood etc can be added; also, since yield of this crop is high it can minimize the need for deforestation compared to other crops.
Way forward is good, a concluding statement can be added.
Overall decent knowledge of the topic. However, you are writing a longish introduction which is taking up a lot of your space, so try to make it crisp and you can also use some hub-spoke diagrams etc to include more content in less space if required.
Keep practicing. 🙂

Good attempt.
In the introduction, you can mention the objective of the mission to increase the area under oil palm cultivations from present 3.70 lakh hectares to 10 lakh hectares to make it more impactful, otherwise it is fine.
In economic impacts, you can mention some positive impacts on core economic domains such as employment, investment, inflation etc. Nutritional security can also be mentioned. Second point is more of a political impact. Other points are good.
In next part, some good points are mentioned in the negative impacts on ecology.
Damage to coasts and corals, burning of wood etc can be added; also, since yield of this crop is high it can minimize the need for deforestation compared to other crops can be mentioned as the rare positive.
Way forward is good, a concluding statement can be added.
Keep practicing. 🙂
