Introduction can be better, mention that JSI is about “trade related aspects of e-commerce”. Also, mention the resistance to JSI by developing countries like India and South Africa.
In next part also, explanation can be a better, you have mentioned most points but it is not clear why there are differences between developed and developing countries.
For example, in point about data localisation, you can say that it restricts access to digital market, hampers innovation, similarly you can mention ‘data colonialism’.
Also, lack of consensus-based approach can be mentioned as many countries have dropped out of negotiations.
Next both parts are good, you have written well.
