However, since this is a 15 mark question expand your points a bit on the challenges posed by plastic. Mention the threat to marine organisms, and also risk of plastic travelling in the food chain through bio-magnification. This also poses risks to human beings. Also you can mention some economic effects such as impact on tourism, destruction of natural habitats etc.
You can give a subheading such as suggestions/way forward before you start writing about India plastics pact. Write need of implementation of India plastic pact and continue. Points are fine. Aslo mention need to implement plastic waste management rules and mention 1-2 provisions. You can also mention project REPLAN by KVIC. This is a holistic question about plastic waste, don’t limit yourself to India Plastics Pact. Also content is a bit less for 15 marks- should be around 2.5-3 pages.
