In the body, you could divide the answer in 2 parts according to the question- a) how solar power can help in mitigation efforts in climate change and b) how it can be used to accelerate adaptation of agriculture.
Points can be divided accordingly. In mitigation, you can talk about reduction of fossil fuel( you have mentioned multiple points but all have the same aim, can be used as examples),help in transition to green energy for example, green hydrogen.
In adaptation part, you can talk about solar pumps(PM Kusum example); use in precision farming, irrigation etc; solar powered cold storage etc.
Way forward and conclusion part is fine, although can be kept a bit short because it is a 10 marker only.

Mitigation efforts mentioned are fine, you can talk about transition to green energy (greeen hydrogen), some examples like solar lightening etc can be mentioned in efforts taken to reduce fossil fuel burning. ISA and OSOWOG can be mentioned as efforts in this direction.
In agriculture, you can mention solar pumps(PM Kusum scheme), use in precision irrigation and agriculture, solar powered cold storage etc. Mention of agro-voltaics is good, try to add multiple points.
Conclusion part is fine.
