- Conclude by mentioning the need for reforms in agriculture to increase the income of farmers which in turn can increase the demand in economy leading to the prosperity.

Hello
In intro, you can mention that in 1978 when China started its economic reforms, India’s per capita income was more than China’s along with the current situation. That will give a context to the answer.
In next part, points are fine. You can talk about boost in manufacturing due to increase in demand of industrial products from the rural population because of their enhanced incomes due to reforms in agriculture.
In agriculture sector, your analysis is correct.. But need to mention some reasons why India is lagging behind.. Market and price liberalisation in agriculture in India still remains a major issue. For instance, the government did not promote exports and impose stock limits on traders etc unlike China.
Further, you can add in the first point that since 1978, China’s agriculture has roughly grown at 4.5% per annum while India’s agri-GDP growth ever since reforms began in 1991 has hovered at around 3% per annum.
Although you have mentioned that China is ahead, but no substantial data for backup is used… Hence, you can mention this.
Conclusion is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂
