After that you can move on to the challenges and way forward. Challenges mentioned are good. Issues with procurement that is open-ended procurement even after fulfilment of buffer stock (at MSP) can also be mentioned.
In way forward, give some examples of how technology can be used- issue of smart cards in place of ration cards, use of GPS technology, SMS based monitoring etc can be mentioned.
