For example, Q.3 is not about renewable energy, it needs you to talk about the measures government has taken to handle coal shortage and the resulting power crisis due to various reasons like increased cost of imported coal, shortage of coal rakes, increase in peak demand in summer, inflated price due to Ukraine crisis etc. Please go through the attached article too.
Regarding Q.1, you have attempted decently but the answer is quite generic. Intro is fine, however, try to mention some data on inequality by quoting from various reports like World Inequality Report(India specific findings), report on state of inequality in India(released by EAC-PM) etc. That will add weight to your answer.
Causes mentioned are fine, some points are missing such as gender inequality- lower participation in labour force, very less female ownership of farm land etc; high levels of informal unemployment, lack of social security etc
Again in steps taken, some points can be added. Try to write 1.5-2 pages for a 10 marker and 2.5-3 pages for a 15 marker. This is a 15 mark question and all dimensions need to be covered. Mention of need of proper implementation of government schemes like BBBP, MGNREGA and urban employment guarantee schemes can be done. Try to finish with a proper conclusion.
Regarding Q.4 attempt is decent, more examples can be incorporated, the one that you have mentioned is also fine. Plus, try to elaborate on various components of good attitude.

In intro, you can start by talking about power crisis first before going into the reasons.
Answer is pretty rich in content, measures taken are quite elaborate.
In second part, you can specify that the Act clearly mentions that the adverse financial impact would be offset by the regulator(CERC in this case). Other points are fine.
Conclusion is fine.
