Introduction is fine, but the answer has become quite generic after that. Role of telecom is not asked, the two major sections that should be addressed are- why we need a competitive market in telecom sector and what are the challenges of duopoly. 2nd part has been addressed but first part is missing.
In advantages of competition, you can mention that competitive telecom sector is fundamental to realizing India’s digital ambitions; Monopolized markets are vulnerable to cartelization; Competition will guarantee that operators invest in network infrastructure upgradation and offer consumers a wide range of innovative service options; imminent 5G networks demand massive investment and sophistication of operations which can be achieved through a level playing field.
Challengea part is fine, botched-up First Come First Serve (FCFS) method for administrative spectrum assignment can be mentioned.
In the way forward suggest revisiting the spectrum allocation regime and adoption of administrative assignment of the spectrum, selling the 5G spectrum to companies such as TCS, Amazon and Google.
Although you have attempted this question, I think content is a bit lacking here, go through the article attached above.
