You have started well but the answer seems incomplete towards the end.
Criticising government policies is a wrong example, citizenry should be politically aware and criticism of government schemes helps bring better policies in future.
Mention orthodox views on women-empowerment, LGBTQ rights etc- which rather than solving the problems of such groups makes it more difficult for them.
Gandhi’s talisman can also be invoked to make the answer more impactful.
Criticism of moral policing and illegal activism against marginalized people by certain socio-political groups can be written.
Last paragraph is fine.
Nice attempt but content needs to be developed a bit more.
