Introduction is fine, additionally you could mention some principles included in probity such as honesty, integrity, uprightness, transparency and most importantly incorruptibility.
Importance mentioned is good, prevention of abuse and misuse of power also could be added.
Probity is most importantly about absence of corruption, upright governance.. Hence prevention of corruption act, 1988; whistle blower protection Act; prohibition of benami property, lokpal and lokayukta act etc should be mentioned. Other points are fine.
Conclusion is fine.

You have given too much focus on being alert, it is just one part, probity is a broad concept which is mostly related with being ethical, upright and being incorruptible. You can also mention values like honesty, integrity, and transparency which are the principles of probity.
In importance, first two points are fine, no need to mention such big examples after that, keep them concise, mention other factors why probity is important such as – it improves trust of the people in governance, prevents abuse and misuse of power, helps in bringing about a transparent and accountable governance, proper utilization of funds etc
Prevention of corruption act, 1988; whistle blower protection Act; RTI Act; prohibition of benami property, lokpal and lokayukta act, institutions like CVC etc should be mentioned in the govt. initiatives for ensuring probity.
Read a bit more about the topic.
