This feels more like a GS2 answer. In quote-based questions you should elaborate on the quote itself and present examples both historic and contemporary
Hello
Introduction and conclusion are good.
But in the body, rather than explaining the statement through constitutional articles, explain it through Gandhi’s ideas.
You can talk about the importance of social justice for Gandhi, his work for Harijans, his concept of swaraj and importance of individual freedom for all in in a democracy, his trusteeship model for healthy social relations among men and on the basis of them desired ending differences between owners and servants etc. Mention of Panchayati Raj is good.
Next, you can mention some contemporary issues in democracy where the weak are sidelined (tribal issues, social injustice, faultlines based on caste, religion etc, inadequate women representation)..
Finally conclude. Here you can add that Gandhi’s ideas have been well incorporated in the constitution by its makers.
Keep practicing. 🙂
