You have written a simplistic answer, you need to bring out the conflicts between RTI and RTP.
Introduction is fine, here only you can mention their sources- legislative/constitutional.
In conflicts, you can mention issues like-
Disclosure vs privacy;
Section 8 of RTI Act prohibits disclosure of personal information, but also allows in case of public good
Section 11 provides discretion to third parties about disclosure of related information
Then you can also mention Puttaswamy judgement and the wide interpretation of privacy by SC.
Examples are good, try to integrate them in the body itself rather than writing separately.
Next mention some suggestions, (independent Information and Privacy Commissions with well defined mandates, amending RTI Act etc)
Conclusion is fine.
Overall, don’t write about them separately but try to show the contrast. 🙂
