You have taken a narrow view of social capital.. Demographic dividend is fine, but social capital broadly is a sense of belonging and the concrete experience of social networking that can bring great benefits to people. It consists of trust, mutual understanding, shared values and behaviour that bind together the members of a community and make cooperative action possible.
Governance part is written well, use of flowchart is fine.
In relationship, you can mention formation of social capital institutions, good social capital will include consensus-based decision making(bringing polarized sides in as society together), improve efficiency of delivery of services through socially networked groups, will improve accountability and transparency, inclusivity and equity and bring innovation in governance etc.
Developing demographic dividend is one aspect, relate it with how it will help in governance issues.
Conclusion is fine.
Read a bit more about the topic.

Nicely written.
Social capital has been explained well.
Nice use of flowchart.
Before moving on to relationship, also try to mention what do you understand by good governance.
Relationship part is fine.
You can mention about existence of networks, groups and organizations like women SHGs/ micro-credit institutions etc. Mention can also be made of better implementation of rule of law, inculcation of civic virtue etc
After that, you can mention some drawbacks of ‘inward- looking’ social capital.
Example is fine. Conclusion is also good.
Keep practicing. 🙂
