Good attempt.
In stakeholders you can also include the parents of the students.
Ethical issues involved part is good, try to keep it concise.
In options available, you can add some analysis in each option- what will be the result of action taken in each case.
Next part can be made more concise- you have put too much focus on ‘what’ will you do, but equal focus should be given on ‘why’ will you do whatever you do( justification for action taken).
Conclusion is good.
