Issues mentioned are fine, you can also mention things like conditionalities imposed by IMF-WB on countries while giving loans, also allegations about environmental and ethical issues in projects. In WTO, suspension of Appellate body and its causes can be mentioned.

You can add some more dimensions in problems for example environmental, ethical, pandemic etc. Also mention disfunctional appellate body of WTO, Doha round going on,issue about subsidies, protectionism, trade wars etc.
Second part is fine. You can cut short the explanation and include more points.

Also you can mention about trend of protectionism especially after pandemic, trade wars etc. In World Bank, mention environmental concerns about their projects, discrepancy in Doing Business report, ethical concerns.
You need to improve upon the 2nd part. Mention a section on why these institutions are still important..question is asking to analyze so need to cover both dimensions. You can mention poverty reduction, give some data regarding that, loans to poor countries etc
