article/opinion/columns/ needed-more-wealth-in-health- sector-coronavirus/ - In the intro, mention how the pandemic has highlighted the shortcomings of the Indian health sector.
- In the body, discuss the various health-care related dimensions-provision for increased investment in healthcare, recognising the important role community health workers can play and encouraging it, increasing the community participation, increasing the spending on the research and development, adoption of technology etc.
- Conclude by mentioning the need for these reforms to make India ready to deal with the next pandemic.

Hi Arun
Do not give heading in the introduction.
Before writing the policu measures , write about the current situation and associated challenges.
You can write that – India’s expenditure on the health sector has risen meagerly from 1.2 per cent
of the GDP in 2013-14 to4 per cent in 2017-18. The National Health Policy 2017 had aimed for this to be 2.5% of GDP.
– There is a massive shortage of medical staff, infrastructure and last mile connectivity in rural areas. Eg: Doctor: Population 1:1800 and 78% doctors cater to urban India (population of 30%).
Follow a proper structure to fetch better marks.
Good conclusion.
Avoid grammatical errors.
Keep writing.

Hi Neeraj
Good introduction.
Thumbs up for the structure.
Content is good but try to add some data like there is a massive shortage of medical staff, infrastructure and last mile connectivity in rural areas. Eg: Doctor: Population 1:1800 and 78% doctors cater to urban India (population of 30%). .
Also update your content with current affairs, add pandemic situation here.
Good conclusion.
Work hard, you will improve.

Hi Vaishnavi
Good introduction.
Before writing the opportunities, write the challenges in the health sector.
You can write that –
-Absence of primary care: In the northern States there are hardly any
sub-centres and primary health centres are practically non-existent. First mile
connectivity to a primary healthcare centre is broken. For eg, in Uttar Pradesh
there is one PHC for every 28 villages.
-Out of pocket expenditure high: Even the poor are forced to opt for private
healthcare, and, hence, pay from their own pockets. As a result, an estimated
63 million people fall into poverty due to health expenditure, annually.
Rest of the answer is well written.
Underline more often.
Try to write all the four answers on a daily basis.
