Further, mention the general phenomena of how it is formed and also its long term effects being present in the atmosphere. 

Next, mention various effects of Ozone. like irritation in respiratory tract and eyes, Exposure to high levels results in chest tightness, coughing and wheezing, People with respiratory and heart problems are at a higher risk, harmful effects on plants etc…etc…

Next, mention what possibly can be done to bring down its increasing level.
